Ports and hardware: will he run on my router?

Questions about getting him onto a box that is not a GL-MT3000 go here. What works, what would need a port, and what each one would take is in issue #1; that issue is the tracker for results, this thread is for the questions on the way there.

A useful first message: what the router is, what firmware, and what tick.sh facts prints on it. Every sense that comes back empty is one function to swap, and they are one function per sense in finn.lua.

Things known so far:

• Any GL.iNet or stock OpenWrt should work as is. opkg install lua lua-cjson curl, set FINN_RADIOS from iwinfo.
• Asuswrt-Merlin: Lua is in Entware, but the wifi and log senses read iwinfo and logread, which are not there. Medium.
• MikroTik: no Lua, no shell cron. A container on RouterOS 7 with the senses over the REST API is the sane route. Large, but the design survives it.
• OPNsense / pfSense: BSD, different conntrack, different wifi. Medium to large.

If you get him talking somewhere new, post it in issue #1 and you get the row in the README.
