Misskey.py Version 4 is starting development

The current Misskey.py library has chaotic code that requires a radical overhaul of the code.

The package name is also a deprecated naming scheme and will be changed.

We must apologize for the devastating changes. However, we are aware that there is no other way to maintain this library, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We plan to keep the old class in legacy, but we plan to remove it in a future update, so please use the new class as soon as it becomes Version 4.
