[cli 2.16.1] action pdf: allow configuration of the pdf layout to have tabular display of line items

It would be great if the layout of the resulting pdf is to some extend configurable. Currently especially the line items are extremely hard to read. It would be great if one could alternatively configure a tabular layout (e.g. similar to the layout options of KOSIT visualization https://github.com/itplr-kosit/xrechnung-visualization/blob/master/doc/usage.md)
