What is PoPB?

Three layers:

• ZWF-20: IoT-verified behavior capture (PII stripped at edge)
• DID + MPC: User holds the key, no single entity can decrypt
• PDL License: 5-tier programmable licensing (L0–L4)

TCP/IP for physical behavior data. Not a whitepaper. Working code.

Monetization

The protocol doesn't sell data. It licenses verified behavior data under machine-enforceable terms:

• L0: Free (public research)
• L1–L2: Institutional / Enterprise
• L3: Revenue share 3–15%
• L4: Exclusive partnership

Data stays with the person who generated it.
