More reliable recording, more complete transcripts, and smoother summaries.

What's new

Microphone connection reliability improvements. Meetily can now connect to external and Bluetooth microphones more reliably.

Short replies stay in the transcript. Brief responses such as 'yes' or 'okay' are no longer dropped, and HE-AAC imports now keep the correct speed and duration.

Better summaries for longer meetings. Claude and Ollama summary flows now handle longer meetings, cancellation, and retry more reliably.

More resilient model downloads. Whisper and Parakeet downloads preserve completed work so an interrupted download doesn't mean starting from scratch anymore.

Having an issue with the file format for the MP4 files. The app says that the "Recordings are saved with timestamp: recording_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.mp4". This was accurate until v0.4.1. Now the folder format is DD_MM_YY_HH_MM_SS

Thank you for pointing out this issue,

We've noticed that the issue was pre existing even prior to the 0.4.0
The issue is most likely a race condition from the uncertainty we've noticed
