feat(zapscript): type-safe advanced arguments

• Add formal advanced arg definitions to ZapScript with typed structs and validation
• Update all ZapScript commands to use new access functions
• Fix bugs where advanced args weren't being passed through to other commands
• Add some fuzz testing to the ZapScript parsers
