Refactor before release

WIP of refactoring everything so we're better set up for future multi platform support. Should eventually be easier to maintain as well.

• Move cmd files into separate modules
• Remove dependency on mrext logger
• Further split the daemon/service function
• Identify and move all mister-specific code to platforms module

Not perfect, but I think it's a pretty decent start for cleaning everything up. There still needs to be some work done to set up an interface between the launcher and platform to remove the last of the mister-specific code, but otherwise it's pretty clean now.
