Updated the PiRC-207 token standard to include a queryable layer value function in the Rust smart contract. Refactored contract generation and deployment logic.
This script deploys and activates all 7 PiRC-207 colored token layers on the Stellar testnet, providing a summary of the deployment process and contract IDs.
