Unslowable Global Permission

Would it be possible to get a "global" setting for an 'unslowable' role. We have a few channels on our server that we only re-enable slowmode occasionally to deal with spam waves, and any [p]unslowable roles for said channel are lost after we [p]slowmode #channel 0.

You can already set unslowable roles for all slowmodes at once.

I know there are reasons to need global unslowable roles, but for now [p]unslowable all is good enough in most cases.

Yup, but it only sets it on currently active slowmodes, and is still removed if any of those slowmodes are turned off later. Still results in two commands having to be executed when turning a slowmode back on
