EventScannerAppeared not firing when usb scanner is attached Android 8.1

I'm using SDK 2.0.2.114 on android 8.1 of TC77 but I'm unable to get appearing and disappearing event while connecting device to the USB. Could you please help me how to get it?

I'm calling setCradleEvent too from RFID Controller class too but no luck.
