・[FIX] 次の MIDI に切り替えた後、スキップするまで波紋が表示されない不具合を修正
・[FIX] MIDI 再生後にモニタリングへ移行するとライブノートが表示されない不具合を修正
・[NEW] モニタリング（ライブ）でも波紋を表示（リアルタイムのノートオン駆動）
