ZenNotes todo.txt integration

I've been using a todo.txt and done.txt (managed by Tuxedo) at my vault root.

Today I opened ZenNotes after upgrading and noticed that it moved those files to an assets/ folder. Okay, no big deal, as I just updated my Tuxedo config to accommodate that. (Perhaps add a new config for this?)

However, despite ZenNotes moving the files, it seems that they are not used by it in any way. Am I missing something?

I also noted noted that Tasks due and rollover options in the Daily Notes config are not working (#288).

This made me wander that it could be nice to manage my todo.txt Tasks within ZenNotes. I'm still starting with ZenNotes so I'm not exactly sure how they could better integrate.

One possibility that came to mind just now is to have the rollover option have two modes:

• rollover to the next daily note
• collect to the todo.txt file

I see the appeal of keeping Tasks on their original random (not Daily) notes. But for the Daily notes I feel that that's not so necessary. However, should it be, the todo.txt syntax allows for key:pair values so maybe Tasks could get a note:path added to them when collected.

Sorry if nothing of this makes any sense.
