(Neo)Vim and navigation improvements

• Improve connection between motions and relative line numbering, so that jumping by a given number of lines brings the cursor to the expected relative line (i.e., consider the full line and not wrapped lines for the counting).
• Add the possibility to jump to a specific line using a colon command, for example :13.
• Add support for searching square brackets using Vim-like commands such as f[ and f], including backwards search with F.
• Add the possibility of pressing L or H and continuing to scroll the screen, similar to Neovim behaviour.

Implemented on the v2.21.0 branch in 13f45ad.

The navigation requests from this discussion are now covered:

• Counted vertical motions such as 3j follow logical lines, matching the relative line-number gutter. A bare j/k still moves by wrapped display row.
• :13 jumps directly to logical line 13 again. ZenNotes' :move note command still works; its registration no longer replaces codemirror-vim's internal line-range handler.
• f[ and F[ were already working and are now included in the real-app regression test.
• Repeated H and L continue moving and scrolling once the cursor reaches the viewport edge.
• Following 'A' (shift+a) and equivalents go to end of text, not end of display line #536, $, A, I, and g0 now use the current wrapped display-row boundaries rather than the start or end of the whole paragraph.

The behavior is shared by the main editor, Quick Capture, and floating note windows.

I verified the full matrix in an isolated real Electron app, not only unit tests: $, A, I, 3j, :13, f[, F[, repeated H/L, and renderer console errors. The repository typecheck, desktop test suite, and production desktop build pass as well.
