Support foldable callouts (> [!note]- and > [!note]+)

Feature request: recognise the fold marker after the callout type, as in Obsidian.

- starts the callout collapsed, + starts it expanded, a click on the title row toggles it.

Today
Callouts with > [!type] render fine. With the marker (> [!example]- Title) the title line shows as raw text and the box can't be collapsed. The docs only describe > [!type].

Use case
Vaults coming from Obsidian use the marker for long blocks that should stay closed by default: screenshots, logs, config excerpts. Without it these notes get long and the title line looks broken.

Suggested behaviour

• - collapsed by default, + expanded, no marker stays as it is today
• toggle by clicking the title row, in Edit and Preview
• fold state per session is fine, same as headings

Added for 2.57.0 (0ef69fc4): > [!type]- starts a callout collapsed and > [!type]+ expanded. A callout with no marker is unchanged.

• In Preview the whole title row toggles it. In Edit mode there's a chevron after the title (clicking the title text still edits it).
• zc / zo and Ctrl+Alt+F / U (Cmd+Option+F / U on macOS) fold it from its title or any line inside it, and Fold All (zM) includes it.
• Collapsed callouts start closed each time the note opens, and print open in a PDF export.

One gap: in Edit mode an image embed inside a callout (> ![[step-1.png]]) still shows as its source line; Preview shows the images. That one is older than this change and is on the list.
