Feature request: Edit mode already hides Markdown syntax on lines that aren't being edited. Please do the same for short inline HTML, at least a <span> with a style attribute, so it looks like it does in Preview.
Use case
Markdown has no syntax for text colour, so coloured status labels in task notes are written as inline HTML:
-[x]**Task title**- <spanstyle="color:#0070C0">DONE 24.09.2026</span> short note
Preview shows the coloured label. Edit shows the whole tag, even when the cursor is on another line: the list marker on that line is rendered as a bullet, the span stays raw. This makes task notes hard to read while working in them.
Suggested behaviour
render the span when the cursor is not on that line, show the raw HTML while editing the line, same rule as the other live preview syntax
a small safe subset is enough, starting with span and a colour in style
no scripts, no block HTML needed
