IDS should not be included in repository

Going along with best practices, I think that the IDS library should either be a Git submodule or declared as a dependency in composer.

I agree, that would be the best case scenario, but the PHPIDS library does not have a GIT or a packagist repository.
I've tried to add the dependency as a repository within the module composer.json file, to the zip archive and svn source, but apparently you can only do that in your root application.

Short of removing the archive and instructing the users on how exactly it should be installed I don't see any other choice.
If you have any suggestions please let me know. I would be glad to modify the code as needed.

I've added a mirror for the library until a packagist repo is available for PHPIDS, added it as a composer requirement and removed it from the module.
