- toCassandra - generic searchArgument + cursorPaginationArguments to cassandra
- testDataBaseConnectionAvailable generic to storageType - cassandra migrations will be run only if database with storageType cassandra is set - models / adapters index cassandra get connection exactly like sql
- call the setup of the cassandra driver only if needed - index bug fixes
fix: enclose field in double qoutes to support uppercase attribute names
