v2.2.1 - Fix prefix inheritance bug

Fixed prefix inheritance bug - prefixes now only come from user's direct groups, not inherited parent groups.

This fixes the issue where users were incorrectly showing "Admin" or other prefixes from parent groups in the inheritance chain.
