DepMap connection added to core — first bioinformatics tool in the repo

What changed: A connection recipe for the DepMap Cancer Dependency Map portal (Broad Institute) is now in core.

Why: DepMap is the first bioinformatics tool in the repo. If you work in cancer biology, oncology, or drug discovery, your agent can now query CRISPR gene effect scores, drug sensitivity AUC, expression, mutations, and copy number across 2000+ cancer cell lines — no API key, no login, nothing to configure.

What this means for you:

• New users / fresh setup: Run setup.md and select DepMap to add it.
• Existing users: No action required — existing setups are unaffected. Add DepMap whenever it's useful.
• Tool not listed here: Your agent can always use add-new-tool.md to connect any tool not yet in core — anything with a web UI or API.
