This patch adds the ability to view the different patches in the patch files that may be applied to a MicroZig target. In addition, search by chip, board, and target were added to the opening flow. Targets are the atomic unit of selection, and it's possible for multiple targets to have matching chips. For example, when you search by chip, and there is ambiguity on the target, a popup will request the user to select the specific target.
