Includes the transaction CID (TxCid) when parsing genesis transactions, providing more comprehensive data.

Populates the TxCid field of the MultisigInfo struct with the genesis tipset CID, as it was previously empty for genesis transactions. This ensures that all multisig information, including genesis transactions, have a corresponding CID.
Populates the transaction CID and signer for genesis multisig constructors in both calibration and mainnet genesis files. The signer is now "genesis".
