What problem this solves
Resolves a problem where Renovate can leave the repo with no visible dependency PRs even when updates are available, because grouped package rules were only allowed to open branches during a narrow Sunday-night window.
Why this change was made
The repo still has eligible dependency updates, but Renovate's per-group
schedulewindows were restrictive enough that a missed processing window could leave maintainers waiting days for the next attempt. This keeps the grouping and review-noise controls, while removing the narrow time gate that was preventing normal bot cadence.User impact
Maintainers should start seeing grouped Renovate PRs whenever the bot processes the repo instead of having grouped AI, frontend, tooling, and GitHub Actions updates held until a specific Sunday-night Pacific window.
