What problem this solves
Fixes an issue where users configuring Google Vertex AI in Zoo Code settings cannot choose the
euandusmulti-region endpoints from the Google Cloud Region dropdown.Why this change was made
The dropdown is driven by the shared
VERTEX_REGIONSlist, and that list omitted the two supported multi-region endpoints. This updates the shared source of truth and the existing settings regression test so the dropdown contract stays covered.User impact
Users can now select
euandusalongsideglobaland the existing regional endpoints when setting up Vertex AI, which restores the missing multi-region routing and residency options for Claude models on Vertex AI.
