Update 1.2.3

  • Buffed assimilation marginally
  • France and England paths for Dual Monarchy do not immediately remove cores,
  • Both paths must wait until 1865 and owns all respective cores to remove the cores
  • All Rhineland decisions require holding Cologne and Mainz
  • Any Rhenish primary cultures in sphere or vassal will be integrated with decision
  • Burgundy can get cores on either France or Occitania if they own all cores
