General Changes:

• Removing mil access requires 0 diplo points
• Visible attack and defence stats on generals
• Fixed Qingqiu decision bug
• Indian 800k coal province removed, half of it moved to other Indian provinces and other half to Italy
• Event war for Etruria MTTH reduced
• Illyria starts with Serb accepted
• Burgundy, Romania, and Scandi given more jingo provinces
• Scandi, Burgundy, and Bohemia start with more artillery factories

Flavor Changes:

• Hungary now gets Romanian accepted with 1880 tech and good reforms
• Turkish path gives Azerbaijani accepted
• HRE now requires owning Rhineland states to form, Elbian cores on Rhineland state now given when they integrate Rhineland instead of on formation
• Dual Monarchy paths event now a decision that lasts until 1840, after which the event will be forced upon them
• Dual Monarchy acceptance event date pushed back to 1870
• If DM owns Calais and Bourgogne, or all of Scotland, it will spawn in 1867
• If DM owns all of those provinces, it will spawn in 1864
• Aragon-Italy now has 3 paths:
• A strong Iberian path where they only get some Spanish cores and accepted but keep South Italian cores and accepted. Owning a majority of Spanish land is required to take it. Locked from forming Aragon-Italy
• A weak Iberian path where after abandoning Italy, they get a decision for all Spanish and Portuguese cores as well as accepted, with less land requirements than the previous Iberia decision. Also locked from forming Aragon-Italy.
• Latin Empire decision for Aragon Italy now requires them to be up to Rank 6, not Rank 4.
• Doing Latin Empire will also give option for Aragon-Italy to get some Spanish cores and Spanish accepted if they own a majority of Spain
