What is C.C.S : Connected Cars' Simulator ?

The Connected Cars' Simulator (or C.C.S) is a project done in collaboration with Matthis GACIARZ and Samir AKNINE of LIRIS (Laboratoire d'InfoRmatique en Image et Systèmes d'information) of the University Claude Bernard Lyon 1.

It's Multi Agent System based program to simulate the works of Matthis GACIARZ and Samir AKNINE, who wants to ameliorate the road traffic with connected vehicles who dialog with each other.
