[Feat]: [spec-1.0] Client & spec API does not expose tenancy #531

Most of the methods in the 1.0 spec now have a tenant parameter:
tenant | string | No | Optional tenant, provided as a path parameter.
(e.g. from GetTask)
Describe the solution you'd like
Our client API and domain objects must surface this optional tenant field in their contract.
- Update to latest proto file at https://github.com/a2aproject/A2A/blob/main/specification/grpc/a2a.proto
