apply themes fail

My network is fine, but I failed to fetch the theme.

stellar apply a3chron/ctp-blue
Error: theme not found: a3chron/ctp-blue (not available online and no local cache)
Usage:
stellar apply [author/theme[@Version]] [flags]

Flags:
-f, --force Skip custom command warning and apply without confirmation
-h, --help help for apply
-u, --update Check for and download newer version if available

Sorry for the late reply, could you please share on which OS & distro you are on? Run stellar update, to make sure you're on the latest version, and maybe try to download the theme again now, so I can check the server logs (dont have th ones from a week ago) :)

I assume other configs do not work as well?
