…I improvements - **Kilo agent**: full agent support with hooks, preprocessing, bootstrap - **Cline agent**: full agent support with --tui flag, auto-ack in --format, DELIVERY_AUTO bootstrap, 5s PTY delivery timeout - **Antigravity IDE**: hcom-bridge VS Code extension with agent registration, native command integration (startNewConversation, sendPromptToAgentPanel), project isolation, file logging - **Antigravity**: hooks automation for extension install/remove - **Project isolation**: --project flag on launch, resume, start, bootstrap, relay, send, config, and TUI (p keybinding, project filter) - **Agent prompts**: --agent-name flag for custom names, per-agent system prompts via ~/.hcom/agents/<name>.md, re-injected on compaction - **Dead agent detection**: auto-detect and mark stale agents on startup - **Launch panel**: Tool/Count dual layout, Fill(1) constraint, p/F hints - **Config**: add 'project' to INSTANCE_KEYS
