Classic Chat Gamble Rework

• GUI was completely replaced and modernized
• Added own log files so users can't complain anymore that they didn't got points or points got deducted illegal
• Explanded block mechanics, now groups and single users can be block from playing
• Twitch Channel Points logic got reworked and does not block other platforms anymore from running while active
• Live Calculation has now a preview bet field to test other default bets without touching our current setting
• You can now set CCG into free mode by chat commands for the running session or enable/disable it anytime via commands dynamically
• Free mode got some new messages
• Removed some options that were obsolete or redundant
• !gamble now supports percentage and shorthand bets
• Supports now besides StreamUP CurrencyCore also tawmae's LOYALITY POINTS
