chore: update paraswap adapters

General Changes

• Bump address book package which has new paraswap adapters for v3 markets: chore(master): release 2.4.1 aave-v3-periphery#177
• Remove warnings related USDT approval not working with old adapter contracts
• Bumped the paraswap sdk packages so we are able to exclude some routes that are not currently working
• Replaced the gho addresses in market config with the values from the latest bgd address book package
