Mobile client compatibility

The client should already support mobiles however i unintentionally broke this support, maybe we can restore it?

I did make a version that could load on mobile, you just need to remove the check that redirects to the app store.
However as there are no joysticks you cannot control anything

Adding joysticks should be fairly simple i think, at least communication-wise, one outputs keydowns/ups for the current rotation (up/down/left/right and combinations), the other one can be used to set mouse pos and shooting state.. although idk about repel

We could prob repurpose smth like that

Diep's client has built-in gamepad support, perhaps a future joystick implementation could use those functions of the client
I believe something similar was done as a userscript, it would make your tank follow the mouse
