feat: add individual diff pages for all 50 recent commits - Generate individual commit-<sha>.md pages for the last 50 commits - Each page includes: full commit message, author, date, reason classification, files changed stats, file list, and complete diff - Update Home.md with a Commit History Index table linking all commit pages - Newest commits listed first, with date, SHA link, subject, and author
