[4.1.0] - 2026-06-09 - "Mission Control"

Added

  • Added projscan start --intent "<goal>" Mission Control routing: inferred workflow mode, route confidence, matched keywords, ready actions, alternatives, done criteria, proof commands, and a compact handoff prompt.
  • Expanded deterministic intent coverage across privacy, repo orientation, local setup, change planning, public contracts, file impact, package importers, ownership, PR evidence, release readiness, coordination, and session handoff workflows.
  • Added local setup discovery for npm scripts, lint/typecheck, e2e, Storybook, Cypress, Playwright, Docker Compose, migrations, and seed/reset commands.
  • Added Playwright-generated README screenshots for Mission Control and the intent/proof workflow, plus npm run docs:screenshots to regenerate them from docs/demos/projscan-4-1-demo.html.

Changed

  • projscan route now reports weighted confidence and matched keywords, making tool selection more explainable to agents and humans.
  • projscan semantic-graph now supports targeted CLI lookups for imports, exports, importers, symbol definitions, and package importers.
  • projscan dependencies now reports license summaries, copyleft risk, installed package sizes, and package importer guidance.
  • Verification-oriented intents such as "which tests should I run?" now route to proof planning instead of generic regression planning, while failing/flaky/build questions still route to focused regression workflows.

Fixed

  • Await Project Memory recording so remembered session context is less likely to race with command completion.
  • Await MCP close teardown so watcher/session cleanup is less likely to race with process shutdown.
