Hello guys,
I'm trying to visualize the data, as shown in the picture, where I would like to show the location of twitter_user on the x-axis and number of person/followers on the y-axis.

Do you have any suggestion on how to clean and cateogrise the location data that is already specified by the twitter users? Some have defined their location by city and some by Country while some didn't specify.

Does anyone have any suggestions for cleaning and plotting the data.

I'm trying to put every city in, for example, Denmark to take the value 1 and every city in England to take the value 2 ect.
But I haven't quite figured out how to do it in practice and due to the limit amount of time we have before handing in, it would be nice, if you have some recommendations how to speed the process.
