LiveObject: Implement object lifecycle event

• Currently, there's a single event DELETED that needs to be emitted when an object is tombstoned.
• Doesn't seem to be a priority as of now.
• This can be picked up later.

Since this is similar to ObjectsStateEvent and aggressively mentioned in the docs, we should be able to implement it.
