X-Ably-Lib header not being set correctly

ably-php emits library version information via the X-Ably-Lib header (see implementation but for some reason is omitted from client lib usage stats in the client lib dashboard.

Possible causes:

• A misconfiguration in protocols/agents.json
• A bug in the go-services implementation - Seems to be working fine when the header is sent manually
• A bug in sending the header from ably-php
• No one is using a version of ably-php which sends the X-Ably-Lib header - Very unlikely

edit: It is indeed a bug in sending the header from ably-php, see internal slack thread.
