Because one PHP version failed, all the others that were running tests ok were getting:
Error: The operation was canceled.
cf. https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/PHP-7.4/UPGRADING#L89 Also reduce line width in a couple of places so lines don't wrap.
It failed occasionally because sometimes it returned first the device registered in testGet.
