What
Clarifies that the queue publish rate limit applies across all queues in an account, not per individual queue.
Why
The existing description ("the maximum rate at which messages can be published to a queue") implies the limit applies per queue. This has caused confusion in support tickets. The limit is account-wide.
Changes
Updated the description for "Queue publish rate (per second)" in the integration limits table to clarify it applies to all queues across the account.
