Error alerts are not being displayed when registering user

I´ve create a new ASP .Net Razor Pages solution using ABP Cli 0.9.25.
But when I tried to create an user in a scenario that should be fail, the alerts and not shown to the user.
Take a look:

Is that a known bug?

Also there is a problem when i was running the CLI:

It works for me with the latest CLI.

 abp new Acme.BookStore -t app -u mvc --mobile none --database-provider ef -csf --use-open-source-template
