Addresses feedback on PR #24646 to use proper punctuation when introducing sections.

Changed line 354 in docs/en/modules/payment.md:

  • Before: For Angular applications, you need to read and apply the steps explained in the following sections
  • After: For Angular applications, you need to read and apply the steps explained in the following sections:

A colon is the standard punctuation for sentences that introduce subsequent sections.
