User creatable TCP and UDP protocol parser with JavaScript, Python or Lua

There are two approaches:

• Use RE for this - that's what we have today
• Write down protocol adapter generator so we can create a simple and light service that does this. It's TCP or UDP server with a custom script for parsing the payload. After that, it does authorization and publishes to the broker just like any other adapter. The benefit of RE is that it's more lightweight and listens to the predefined port for that protocol - i.e. it is before the message enters the system while RE is after the message enters. The drawback is that we need to handle LB, TLS, and deployments and config.
