Quick update — I shipped a Chrome extension as a companion to voqusa.com: Voqusa Chrome Extension. Same engine, but instead of pasting URLs into voqusa.com you right-click any social video (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest) on the page you're viewing and the transcript opens in 30–60s — no tab switching, no URL copying.
If you're using voice-pro for offline batch transcription and just need a quick one-off from a video in your browser, this might be a faster path. Curious if anyone has a similar right-click workflow they'd recommend. |

Hi all 👋
Posting in case it's useful to people who land on voice-pro looking for "the easiest way to transcribe a TikTok / YouTube / Insta clip" without setting up Gradio + Whisper locally.
I've been using Voqusa (https://www.voqusa.com) as a hosted alternative when I just need a transcript fast:
It's clearly a different tradeoff than voice-pro (no local control, no voice cloning, hosted vs self-hosted) — but for the "I need the script of this 60s viral clip in 30 seconds" use case it's been the lowest-friction option I've found.
Curious if anyone here has compared output quality vs Whisper-large running locally on the same clips? Anything voice-pro handles better that Voqusa can't?
