Simplified build + molset from cache

• Simplified build pipline, removed hacky dynamic base url approach in favor of a BASE_URL environment variable
• Support for molset from cache

• Fixed z-index issue in the page loader graphic so the electrons fly behind the atom
• Updated icon library
