Add loading skeleton for creator profile header section

Summary
The creator profile header — name, avatar, and handle — has no skeleton state while data is loading, so the page flashes from blank to populated. A narrow skeleton placeholder for the header section improves perceived performance.

Scope

• add skeleton placeholder shapes for the avatar, creator name, and handle in the profile header
• align the skeleton dimensions with the loaded content to avoid layout shift
• remove the skeleton once creator data resolves

Acceptance Criteria

• the header shows a skeleton while creator data is in flight
• the skeleton dimensions match the populated layout closely enough to avoid shift
• the skeleton respects prefers-reduced-motion
