Add error state copy for creator profile failed to load

Summary
When the creator profile page fails to fetch its data, there is no dedicated error message or recovery action shown to the user. A small error state with brief copy and a retry action improves the experience for network or server failures.

Scope

• identify the creator profile data fetch error path
• add an error state with a short message and a retry action
• scope the error state to the profile content area without disrupting the page shell

Acceptance Criteria

• a fetch error on the creator profile shows a message and a retry action
• retrying re-attempts the fetch without a full page reload
• the error state does not persist after a successful retry
