Add screen-reader announcement for successful copy-to-clipboard action

Summary
Copy-to-clipboard actions provide visual toast feedback but no programmatic announcement for screen reader users. A visually-hidden live region announcement ensures the success state is communicated to assistive technology.

Scope

• identify copy-to-clipboard actions across the UI
• add a visually-hidden aria-live announcement that fires on copy success
• ensure the announcement does not duplicate the visible toast text in the audio stream

Acceptance Criteria

• a successful copy action triggers a screen reader announcement
• the announcement is not visible in the UI
• the pattern is reusable across multiple copy actions
