Summary

Add a small verified badge element for creator cards.

Scope

• create a compact verified badge
• support visible and hidden states
• keep it reusable across card and profile surfaces

Acceptance Criteria

• badge renders cleanly in tight spaces
• missing verification state does not break layout
• component can be reused outside one card view
