Add placeholder copy for creator profile with pending onboarding

Summary
When a creator has started but not completed onboarding, their profile may display blank sections with no explanation. A short placeholder message that describes the pending state sets correct expectations for visitors.

Scope

• identify the creator profile sections that appear empty during pending onboarding
• add placeholder copy that communicates the creator is still setting up their profile
• ensure the placeholder is removed once onboarding is complete

Acceptance Criteria

• pending-onboarding profile sections show a clear placeholder message
• the placeholder is not shown for completed profiles
• the copy is consistent in tone with other empty-state messages in the UI
