Add accessible skip-to-content link for main creator list area

Summary
Keyboard users must tab through the entire navigation before reaching the creator list on every page load. A visually-hidden skip-to-content link that appears on first tab press lets keyboard users jump directly to the main content area.

Scope

• add a skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on the creator list page
• make the link visible only on keyboard focus
• ensure the link target is the main creator list content area

Acceptance Criteria

• pressing Tab once on the creator list page reveals the skip link
• activating the skip link moves focus directly to the main content area
• the link is invisible to mouse users
